Cristina Morgan
Cristina
Morgan is managing director and co-director of investment banking
at Chase H&Q (now J.P. Morgan
H&Q). She is responsible for the company's investment banking
activities and serves on the firm's operating committee and commitment
committee.
Morgan
joined Chase Hambrecht & Quist in 1982 as a research analyst after
five years of computer industry experience. She transferred to Investment
Banking in 1984 and was named a managing director in 1990. In her
own practice, she concentrates primarily on companies in the software
industry, including top firms such as Siebel Systems, Marimba, Inktomi
and E.piphany.
Morgan
has served on the board of directors of Frame Technology and Visigenic
Software and currently serves on the board of Evoke Software. She
has also been named one of Working Woman's Top 10 Women in
Technology.
Morgan
received a B.S. and M.B.A. from Arizona State University.
